Trash Collection Update

Thursday, March 22, 2018 – Due to the inclement weather, Penn Waste routes will not be operating on Thursday. For Wednesday and Thursday customers, Penn Waste will accept double your normal volume on your next regularly scheduled collection day.

Snow Emergency Lifted

Mayor Curry lifted the snow emergency in Middletown around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

Penn Waste Trash Pickup Update

Wednesday, March 21, 2018 – Due to inclement weather all Penn Waste routes are now cancelled today. We will be operating on a holiday schedule for the remainder of the week. Today’s routes will be collected on Thursday. Thursday’s routes will be collected on Friday. Friday’s routes will be collected on Saturday. Please check back for additional updates later today.

Snow Emergency Declared

Middletown Mayor James H. Curry, III has declared a snow emergency in Middletown effective 7 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.  All vehicles parked in snow emergency routes will need to be moved. Snow Emergency Routes

Due to the impending inclement weather, Penn Waste routes will start early in order to collect residents waste and recycling before the worst part of the storm hits our area. Please have waste and recycling curbside tonight to ensure collection occurs tomorrow. Thank you.
