231 Oak Hill Drive Demolition The Borough has awarded a contract for the demolition of the Borough owned property at 231 Oak Hill Drive. Demolition is to start October 30, 2023 and expects to be substantially completed in November. This work will be done in preparation for the future construction of a new upgraded electrical distribution substation which will replace the existing outdated and aging substation nearby.
