Wilson Street – Temporary Closure for Construction Contractors working for Amtrak and Norfolk Southern will be closing Wilson Street (from Union Street to Scott Avenue) to through traffic as early as Monday, May 6, 2019 for the installation of a retaining wall for their track realignment project.
