PennDOT Conducting Traffic Counts (March-November 2026) PennDOT’s contractor, National Data & Surveying Services, will be collecting traffic data on the following roads within the Borough: Keystone Avenue between Wood and Catherine Maple Rd. 320 Feet East of Deatrich Ave. Spruce St. between Emaus and Raymond N. Union St between Girard and Locust This will enable PennDOT to update their data to help decisions on safety, design and operation of roadways.
