Disposal of Flood Damaged Items Residents who experienced basement flooding as a result of yesterday’s storm can stop by the Borough billing office between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday to obtain a no cost permit and to schedule a time to dispose of water damaged items ONLY in the Borough dumpsters located at Susquehanna and Fisher Ave.
