Middletown Borough New Electric Rate

For the Residential Rate Class: Beginning 7/1/2026, the per kwh rate will increase from 11.6 cents to 12.8 cents. The customer service charge will remain at $21.00/month.

For the Commercial and Industrial Rate Classes: Beginning 7/1/2026, the per kwh rate will increase from 11.0 cents to 12.15 cents. The customer service charge will remain at $31.00/month.

These rate increases will be reflected on utility bills beginning August 1, 2026
