Borough Council will hold a public comment session to gather input on a proposed new “Rental Inspection Program” designed to set and enforce regulations to improve housing safety and the habitability of rental units in Middletown.
You are invited to provide your comments in person at Town Hall. Speakers will have a maximum of four minutes to present comments. Please sign up to speak at the registration table before speaking.
If you are unable to attend in person, please submit your comments to the Borough Secretary at gmiller1@middletownborough.com no later than October 20, 2025.
