Dauphin County Community Matters Grant Program supports minority and women-owned businesses continuing to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and accelerate sustained growth of MBE/WBE businesses in Dauphin County. The Community Matters Grant Program also provides opportunities for investments in worthy community projects that benefit underserved communities. All interested minority and/or women business owners and eligible entities can review and apply to the program through
