Hoffer Park Mural – Compliments of Middletown’s YOUTH

Middletown’s Youth Organized and United to Help (YOUTH) is proud to present this mural to the Borough of Middletown.  YOUTH began design of the mural in the fall of 2020 and completed it in August 2021.  The design celebrates the beauty of the natural world around us by featuring some of the plants and insects of Pennsylvania and can be found at the main pavilion in Hoffer Park.
