Outside Dining Available to Restaurants

Borough Council has approved outside dining within Middletown Borough as long as the following form (along with documentation requested) is submitted to the Borough.  Forms can be found on this website under Permits and Applications.  If you wish to procure a hard copy of this form, they can be found at the back of Borough Hall in the silver can labeled for plan documents.  These completed forms, along with a copy of insurance coverage indemnifying the Borough can be emailed to the Borough Secretary at gmiller1@middletownborough.com or can be placed in the “Utility Bill Pay Only” drop box in the parking lot at the rear of Borough Hall.
