Kiwanis Halloween Parade

Kiwanis is holding their annual Halloween Parade on Monday, October 15, 2018 with a rain date of Tuesday, October 16th.  The parade starts to form at 6 pm with the bands and performing groups to assemble at Fink Elementary School.

The parade begins at 7:00 pm at the intersection of Race and Conewago Streets.

NO PARKING (4:30 to 10pm) on the following roads:

• Both sides of Mill Street from Grubb Street Bridge to Hoffer Park
• Both sides of Race Street from Mill to Emaus Street
• East side of Race Street from Emaus to Linden
• Both sides of Race Street from Linden to Water Street
• Both sides of Water Street heading west to Union
• Both sides of Union Street heading south from Water Street to the railroad bridge
