The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission helps ensure that protections provided by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act are honored by Pennsylvania’s residents and businesses. This body allows citizens to file a complaint for investigation when they believe they have been discriminated against by an employer, school, public business, or in a commercial or residential property transaction.

Assistance with filing a complaint form can be obtained through Middletown’s Human Relations Commission (email: HumanRelationsCommission@MiddletownBorough.com), or through contacting the Regional Office of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
