  • In person at the Borough Building during the hours indicated above
  • By Mail through the USPS (no receipt)
  • By Drop Box in the rear parking lot at Borough Hall, 60 West Emaus St, Middletown (no receipt)
  • Only checks, money orders or certified checks accepted.  No Cash and No Credit Cards

The Tax Collector is an elected position. Middletown’s Tax Collector is responsible for collecting Real Estate, Per Capita and Occupational taxes for the Borough.  The Tax Collector is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm at the Catherine Street entrance of Borough Hall.
