FALL FESTIVAL – October 24, 2026 – 12pm-5pm

The Moose is having a Fall Festival from noon to 5 p.m. at Hoffer Park on Saturday, October 24, 2026 before the start of the Halloween Parade.  This will include a car show, chili-cook off, live music, hayrides and more.

STREET CLOSURE – 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. — Mill Street CLOSED from the bridge to Hoffer Park; Race Street from Hoffer Park to Daisy CLOSED for the festival.

HALLOWEEN PARADE – October 24, 2026 – 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Middletown Halloween Parade, provided by the Moose, has designated October 24, 2026 as this year’s parade date from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

NO PARKING from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the parade route October 24, 2026 due to the formation of the parade and Middletown Public Works sweeping the route after the parade.

Parade Route forms at Hoffer Park and Mill Street, north on Race, west on Water, south on Union and disbands at Brown Street.
