Middletown Borough Comprehensive Plan

Middletown Borough Planning Commission contracted with Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. to develop this Comprehensive Plan. This plan is intended to guide Middletown's community and economic growth. It was adopted by the Middletown Borough Council on March 6, 2006.

The Comprehensive Plan consists of a an 80 page document supported by three maps and 27 photographs. Printed copies of the Comprehensive Plan may be viewed or borrowed from the Middletown Public Library.
